Ready Set Goat Fund

The Ready Set Goat Fund will provide integrated capital to organizations that offer a regenerative alternative for land reclamation and weed/invasive species control, in many cases, using ecologically prescribed goat grazing for land restoration and management of introduced plants. Funding will support the charitable activities of such organizations including educating communities about active goat management as a tool for healthy land management and to grow these practices throughout the U.S.

The Ed Gowdy Fund

As you all know, our friend and brother Ed Gowdy always had a passion for the outdoors, the arts, horticulture and, of course, having a damn good time. In his memory, we have established The Ed Gowdy Fund to memorialize Ed and celebrate his passions.

The Ed Gowdy Fund is a donor advised fund (DAF) implemented through Impact Charitable. A DAF allows donors to make a charitable contribution and receive an immediate tax benefit. Then, the trustees of the fund can distribute grants from the fund to selected non-profit projects over time. Impact Charitable will invest most of the money we contribute in impact related initiatives and leave a portion liquid (not invested) at our request to make grants. Over time, the fund and the amount available to grant out will grow.

R&R Head Labs Barber Scholarship Fund

At R&R Head Labs, we believe in second chances and the power of purpose. The R&R Head Labs Barber Scholarship Fund helps remove financial barriers for justice-impacted barbers who are rebuilding their lives and pursuing professional licensing. A barber’s license costs more than $7,200—an amount that can be out of reach for individuals reentering society after incarceration. Through this fund, we invest in their future, helping them complete their training, earn their licenses, and begin sustainable careers that transform lives, families, and communities.

The R&R Head Labs Barber Scholarship Fund accepts fully tax-deductible donations from foundations, donor-advised funds (DAFs), and individual contributions through our partnership with Impact Charitable.
